Terms of Service

Last updated June 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Soundmee (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

2. What Soundmee does

Soundmee processes audio files you upload into separated stems, loops, and one-shots, and lets you transform and export them as sample packs. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee any specific audio quality, processing time, or uninterrupted availability.

3. Your content and copyright responsibility

You retain ownership of the audio you upload. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload, process, and use every track you submit. You must own the copyright or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and clearances.

You agree not to upload material that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right. Soundmee is a tool; the generated stems, loops, and one-shots are derived from the source you provide, and your use of those outputs is governed by the rights in that source. You agree to indemnify and hold Soundmee harmless from any claim arising out of content you upload or samples you distribute.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or process audio you are not authorized to use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Storage and retention

Uploaded files and generated samples may be removed after a retention period. We may delete generated samples for free-tier accounts after 30 days. Keep local copies of anything you want to retain.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soundmee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
