This Privacy Policy explains what information Soundmee (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following to provide and improve the Service:

• Account information — your email address and authentication credentials.
• Audio you upload — the tracks you submit and the stems, loops, and one-shots we generate from them.
• Usage data — job history, processing metadata (BPM, key, time signature), and basic logs used for reliability and abuse prevention.

We use your information to run the audio processing pipeline, deliver your sample packs, maintain your processing history, secure your account, and operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

Uploads and generated files are stored in object storage to deliver your results. Generated samples for free-tier accounts may be deleted after 30 days, and we may remove original uploads once processing is complete. You can delete your tracks and jobs at any time from your library.

We rely on infrastructure providers for storage, compute (including GPU processing), and authentication. These providers process data only to deliver their services to us and are bound by their own security obligations.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and signed, expiring URLs for audio access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, correct, or delete your account and associated data. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact us at privacy@soundmee.app.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app.
